2012 Road Resurfacing Program

 

West Chester Township partners with the Butler County Engineer's Office for its annual road resurfacing program.

Contracts for road paving and Black Mat slurry seal are issued and managed by the Butler County Engineer's Office.

Residents receive advance notification from the contractor regarding when work will be completed. Notice will also be provided on the homepage of WestChesterOH.org and on 759-3036 (select 1).

All work is weather permitting.

In addition to these road projects, the Ohio Department of Transportation is completing roadway improvements on U.S. Route 42 in West Chester. U.S. Route 42 Project

 

 

2012 Asphalt Paving

Barrett Paving has completed asphalt paving on residential roadways was completed as of Sept. 11.

The Butler County Engineer's Office is completing a paving project on Union Centre Boulevard which is expected to be completed by the end of September. Work is being completed at night with some lane closures.

  

2012 Black Mat (Slurry) Resurfacing

American Pavement has completed slurry application in the community. American Pavement crews will remain in the area inspecting work and addressing any issues found by West Chester Township in the application of the product.

No additional road closures are anticipated as a result.
