West Chester Development Council is a non-profit corporation representing a public/private partnership between West Chester Township and the private business sector. The Development Council publishes a quarterly electronic newsletter, What's New in West Chester!, that provides detailed information about new projects in the Township. Local, regional, and national media coverage is also available at the West Chester Development website.
