Surplus Items for Sale  

According to Ohio Revised Code, Section 505.10, West Chester Township Trustees can approve for disposal and/or sale surplus items valued at $2,500 or less.

West Chester Township Trustees consider a surplus disposal list twice a year and that list is advertised in the local newspaper. Anyone interested in purchasing any of these items can call the Department numbers listed to schedule a time for inspection of the item(s) of interest. 

These items will be sold on an "as-is" basis.  Any reasonable offer will be considered.  The Township reserves the right refuse any offer that does not meet the fair market value of the item.  Items must be paid in full and when picked up. 

Method of Payment:   Cash or Checks made payable to West Chester Township (no credit cards will be accepted for payment)
