Surplus Items for Sale  

 

According to Ohio Revised Code, Section 505.10, West Chester Township Trustees can approve for disposal and/or sale surplus items valued at $2,500 or less.

West Chester Township Trustees consider a surplus disposal list twice each year. The sale list for surplus items will be posted for 14 days after the Board of Trustees approve the surplus resolution. On the 15th day, the items may be purchased.
