Integrated Multimedia & Marketing

The Integrated Multimedia & Marketing Department utilizes all of the Township's multimedia and marketing resources, including social media platforms, website, graphic design and illustration, video production, and operations and assets of West Chester Community Television to achieve all of the Township's public information, events, and marketing endeavors, to maintain open communications with residents and businesses of the community.

Consistent and open communication with West Chester residents and the public in general is considered a priority in the development and planning of programs, services and/or initiatives, and is the objective of this policy.

West Chester Community Television and Video Production 

Stay in touch with your community by watching West Chester Community Television, available to Time Warner subscribers only.   

• Time Warner Cable channel 24 spotlights government news and video features and channel 4 features community programming. 
• If your television is cable-ready, you may view school programming on channel 22 and the government bulletin board on channel 15.
• For those viewers with a converter box, school programming is found on channel 15 and the government bulletin board is on channel 8.
