Integrated Multimedia & Marketing

Open communications with residents and businesses fosters confidence in and excitement about the services and programs provided by West Chester Township. The Integrated Multimedia & Marketing Department utilizes all of the Township's multimedia and marketing resources - including social media platforms, website, graphic design and illustration, video production, and operations and assets of West Chester Community Television - to achieve all of the Township's public information, events, and marketing endeavors.



West Chester Community Television 

Stay in touch with your community by watching West Chester Community Television, on Time Warner cable.   

  • For viewers who have a converter box: channel 4 spotlights community programming; channel 15 features school programming; and government programming can be found on channel 24.

  • If a television is equipped with a QAM tuner (most sets built after  2008): community programming can be found on channel 5.11; school programming on channel 5.13; and government programming on channel 5.12.

If viewing television on equipment that is not digital or connected to a cable box, a digital adapter device will be required to view the public access channels. Contact Time Warner at twc.com/digitaladapter or call 1-855-286-1736 for further information.

At this time, public access programming is not available through Cincinnati Bell or satellite dish television services.

West Chester Community Television programming is available for purchase on a DVD. There is a $20 charge for most programming. DVD copies of official meetings may be made available at no cost.

Social Media

 Social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Nextdoor.com and Youtube are accepted and popular venues for sharing information. They are used to build community and engage new audiences. West Chester's primary communication objective is transparency and sharing information consistently through as many venues as possible in order to reach as many people as possible.

Facebook is a great way to see quick updates on things happening in the community and to see plenty of photos from community events.


Some videos produced by West Chester Community Television can be found on youtube. Most of these same videos are also viewable from this website.
