A resident of West Chester since 1990, Lang is married to long-time sweetheart Debbie and they have two daughters.

He has been highly involved in a number of civic and community organizations, such as Boy Scouts of America, Liberty Heights Church, Optimists Club, Special Olympics, West Chester Board of Zoning Appeals, Hopewell PTA, Hero's Fund, Community Foundation of West Chester and Liberty, Mercy Hospital Advisory Board, West Chester Liberty Chamber Alliance, and many others. Mr. Lang is a graduate of Southeast Missouri State University with a major in Communications and a double minor in Marketing and Speech and has participated in numerous continuing education opportunities. Catherine Stoker, Vice President of the Board
Since taking office in 1994, Mrs. Stoker has helped to encourage unprecedented growth in new business development in West Chester. In addition to the commercial growth are a new, full-service hospital and a larger library. This vigorous commercial growth is helping to subsidize the cost of providing essential services like police, fire, emergency medical, roads, and schools which are so important to our vibrant community.
Mrs. Stoker took a leadership role in improving West Chester's environment by her volunteer work with a local environmental organization, CLEAN. Mrs. Stoker and CLEAN worked to successfully stop an illegally operated medical waste incinerator, to stop a hazardous waste incinerator across from Union Elementary School, and to force legally required improvements in the overloaded local water and sewer districts, making the community safer and healthier.
During her sixteen years as a township trustee, park acreage in West Chester has increased from about 170 acres to more than 800 acres.
When not attending to her duties as a trustee, Mrs. Stoker administers her computer services company, Brite Belt Technologies, and enjoys volunteering and fund raising for a number of local charitable organizations like Partners in Prime and the West Chester-Liberty Community Foundation Heroes Fund benefiting our local combat veterans and their families.
Mrs. Stoker is a long-time volunteer for and past-president of Partners in Prime, the largest not-for-profit supplier of senior services in southern Butler County.
For many years, Mrs. Stoker has been the regular Wednesday morning volunteer dispatcher for West Chester's free Senior Van Service. Mrs. Stoker also enjoys helping our local VFW Auxiliary, and the local Masonic Lodge and Eastern Star chapter.
Mrs. Stoker serves on the Executive Committee of OKI (the Ohio Kentucky Indiana Regional Council of Governments) which helps distribute about $40 million each year in our multi-state region.
Mrs. Stoker and her husband Mike have been business owners in West Chester for more than twenty years. Their son, David, is a graduate of The Ohio State University in 2000. David earned his PhD in Physics at the University of Texas at Austin, where he met his wife Irina Churina, also a physicist. Currently, David Stoker and Irina live in California where David works as a Physicist for the Stanford Research Institute.
Mrs. Stoker welcomes comments and questions about any issues either by phone (777-0334) or at her email address of catherine@stoker.org

Lee Wong, President of the Board
Lee Wong was elected to the Board of Trustees in November, 2005, taking office for his first term in January 2006.
He has a Masters of Science degree in criminal justice from the University of Cincinnati and is now retired from the United States Army after 20 years of active duty service having served as a Special Agent for the Criminal Investigation Division.
Since Mr. Wong was elected as a Trustee, West Chester Township has been recognized three (3) times in the Top 100 Best Places to Live by CNN/Money Magazine. He assigns small government as a significant contribution to our success, keeping the community "lean and mean" with relatively low community taxes. Mr. Wong is for little bureaucracy with limited regulations, and a more personal relationship between local government and the community.
Due to the fiscal responsibility of the current Board of Trustees, West Chester Township acquired the highest bond rating in Butler County's history, granted by Moody's of New York. This rating results in lower interest rates on the money West Chester must borrow to achieve its goals.
Mr. Wong's priorities as a Trustee include: First, public safety, security, roads and walking/biking trails. He wants to attract businesses to the area and have residents enjoy a greater quality of life. Mr. Wong places significant value on creating a local government that embraces all residents and corporate citizens, and in providing services that allow our citizens to prosper and opportunities to enhance and enjoy their lives. Mr. Wong believes West Chester is a great place to live because of the diversity of its population, making this a vibrant and exciting place to live and work.
You may contact Mr. Wong by email at TrusteeWong@hotmail.com or you may reach him by voicemail at (513) 759-7204.

Bruce Jones, Fiscal Officer
Bruce Jones was elected Fiscal Officer in 2012, focused on accountability, transparency & integrity.
Mr. Jones earned his reputation for strict, conservative oversight of taxpayer dollars when he led a successful citizens' petition drive to get a proposed $34 million rec center on the ballot, subsequently defeated by the citizens of West Chester by a 2 to 1 margin. Having then made higher priorities possible, the proposed funds and location were used for construction of a new, substantially larger public library – championed by Mr. Jones - consistent with the education values of the community. Furthermore, compared to the previously proposed project, there was a net savings of $21 million!
Mr. Jones has deep roots in West Chester dating back over a half century. He grew up in West Chester (formerly known as Union Township) and attended Union Elementary, the son of Elizabeth and Charles Jones, a former state representative and senator for West Chester and surrounding counties. From a family of 7, Mr. Jones' oldest sister, Carolyn, was a member of the last graduating class of Union Township High School and his oldest brother, Charlie, graduated the following year president of the first graduating class of the new Lakota High School. After graduating from Miami University, Mr. Jones stayed in Butler County developing a balanced working career in both the private and public sectors. He and his wife, Patty, returned to West Chester in 1997 to continue raising their two daughters, Devyn and Lauren. Devyn and Lauren are both Lakota West and Miami University graduates.
Mr. Jones has been involved in numerous civic and community organizations, but most cherishes his role as your Fiscal Officer and public servant.
You may contact Mr. Jones by email at bjones@westchesteroh.org or by calling his office at 513-759-7225.
