Presented by EDGE Teen Center, the Shamrock Shuffle is happening on March 14 at The Square @ Union Centre, 9363 Centre Pointe Drive.

Join us to celebrate St. Patrick's Day with this 5K community run, walk, and block party!

Race Day Schedule
7:30 AM     On-site registration & packet pick-up at MidPointe Library
8:40 AM     Head to the start/finish for the National Anthem
9:00 AM     5K runners
9:05 AM     5K walkers, strollers, dogs, etc.
9:30 AM     Block Party begins on The Square
10:30 AM   Leprechaun Lap Mini Race at the start/finish line (ages 2-10)
The Block Party continues until 12:00 PM

Please use caution and watch for race participants. Primary road closures during the time of the race will include:

1. 6:00 AM West Chester Road between Union Centre Blvd and Muhlhauser Road will close (Red Line).
   1. Muhlhauser Road will be open only for cars coming to and leaving from the Comfort Inn Hotel (Orange Line).
   2. No vehicular travel will be permitted on West Chester Road where the red line is.
2. 7:15 AM Union Centre Blvd between West Chester Road and Beckett Road will close.
   1. Westbound Union Centre traffic will be detoured west onto West Chester Road, then right (north) onto Beckett Road. Eastbound Union Centre will be the same route, just reversed.
   2. Lakota Drive West will be open to gain access to the Enterprise Rental Car business, but there will be no access to Union Center Blvd.
3. There will be no access to Beckett Park starting at 07:15 AM unless you are volunteering for the race. Volunteers should use the Beckett Road entrance to park at the barn. There will be an officer there to ensure only volunteers enter.
4. Every black line is a roadway barricade, restricting traffic from entering the race course.
5. Roads should reopen by noon. UCB will open first. West Chester Road will be opened shortly afterward, once the roadway is clear of the start/finish line.
6. The purple line is the race route.
