West Chester experts answer community’s frequently asked questions
There are no bad questions.
That’s the idea behind a call-and-response, Q&A video series from West Chester TV.
West Chester Wants to Know (WCW2K), a new public service announcement campaign for 2020, encourages audience participation. Each week, experts will address everyday queries submitted by the community at large. Episodes feature Township employees who step in front of the camera to plainly explain answers to some of the most frequently asked questions they hear.
The weekly series will run the gamut of local government topics, touching on subject matter from public safety and finance to infrastructure, property maintenance and more. Episodes are concise and educational, and designed to introduce Township staff members to residents and stakeholders.
West Chester Wants to Know is complementary to the online Service Request tool, which helps West Chester website visitors find answers to questions. The tool also allows anyone with a free account to submit their own questions for response.
Questions for the series may also be emailed directly to Justin Eckstein, multimedia specialist, at email@example.com.
The first episode of WCW2K launches on the first Wednesday of the year, January 8, and new episodes will be shared every Wednesday.
