West Chester Township restricts visitors to offices

West Chester Township staff continues to work while visitors to Township offices are limited. Staff is available to answer questions and assist, but please call the appropriate department or general number, 513-777-5900, before visiting.

West Chester is maintaining its operations with some modifications for the safety of the public and staff. People with questions, concerns, and/or business to conduct with the Township; should first reach out by phone or email.

Our general number is 513-777-5900. Individual department numbers and emails can be found in the online staff directory. We are committed to finding creative solutions to conducting Township business during this challenging time.

Public safety services provided by Police, Fire & EMS, and 911 Dispatch will not be interrupted during this time, and special protocols will be put in place for staffing and response.

Please plan for the following changes to non-essential services and operations:

  • Public safety departments will postpone non-essential public appearances, community outreach, facility tours, etc.
  • Park facilities remain open to the public. Restrooms at Beckett Park are available and Keehner Park restrooms will be opened mid-April as usual and weather permitting.
