2026 Request for Proposal for Construction Services for Pelican Drive Culvert Replacement

The West Chester Township Community Services Department is requesting proposals from Construction firms for the Pelican drive culvert replacement Project.  Firms interested in being considered should reply with the firm’s updated proposals no later than 10:00 am on August 20, 2026.

Proposals are expected to address the scope of work outlined in the terms of reference and submissions should include Qualifications and Experience of Firm and proposed Team members, proposed approach and fee schedule.  Proposals will be sought from those candidates that the Township wishes to evaluate further at a later date. 

Please submit 2 (two) hard copies and an electronic copy (on a flash drive) of the completed RFP. All questions regarding this RFP shall be submitted in writing (mail or e-mail) to Joe Schulte at the below address or to jschulte@westchesteroh.org. All updates and amendments to this RFP as well as any changes to the proposed schedule will be posted on the Township’s website, www.westchesteroh.org. Notification of these postings will be e-mailed to prospective firms who request the RFP package and provide an e-mail address to the Township.
