The Community Development Department processes permits for commercial and residential properties.

When filing applications for zoning permits, providing complete information enables Community Development staff to process applications more efficiently. Plan submissions must be in PDF format only. Please include a site plan and relevant construction drawings with your submission. Upload plans and drawings at the time of your online permit application submission. Please review the information carefully, when preparing an application.
