The main floor seats about 160 guests comfortably, depending upon how the renter chooses to set up tables and chairs.

• Steps protrude 10 feet from wall into the main floor area.
• Steps are 17 feet in length on main floor.
• Main beam supports around the circumference of the building protrude 2 feet.
• Window sills are 3 feet across and 4 inches deep (7 windows in main area.
• Main entrance door is 145 inches; includes 2 French doors and 2 sidelights (3 sets of doors)

The mezzanine or loft area is located at the south side of the facility, opposite the fireplace and above the kitchen and restrooms. Access is available from two stairwells. This area will seat about 56 guests, depending upon how the renter chooses to set up tables and chairs.

The ventless gas fireplace is located at the north side of the facility, opposite the mezzanine. It is operable via an ON/OFF switch on right side of stone panel wall.

A large wood deck is accessible from the main floor inside through two sets of double doors, or from ground level outside using two sets of stairs. Picnic table seating is available, but indoor tables and chairs may not go out. There is no smoking permitted on the deck.
