West Chester reserves the right to charge for copies of records as permitted by law.
Police Department Records
The West Chester Police Department will provide photocopies of reports up to 25 pages free of charge. If the requested report is larger than 25 pages the fee for each photocopy is five cents beginning with the first photocopy. The charge for two-sided photocopies is 10 cents per sheet.
