The West Chester Market is held every Saturday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., starting in May and running through September. The market is held in the MidPointe Library West Chester Branch parking lot, located at 9363 Centre Pointe Dr.

The fall market typically runs from October to mid-November every Saturday, 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. in the MidPointe Library parking lot.

The winter market is typically held from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. every Saturday, starting in mid-November to December inside the Muhlhauser Barn, located at 8558 Beckett Rd. There is no market on the Saturday immediately after Thanksgiving and immediately after Christmas.

The market is held on most Saturdays throughout the year at two locations:

• MidPointe Library West Chester Branch parking lot, 9363 Centre Pointe Drive (typically May through Mid-November)
• Muhlhauser Barn, 8558 Beckett Road (typically mid-November through December)

West Chester Farmers Market is a producer and grower market. To be eligible, vendors must produce what they sell. Reselling of purchased products is prohibited.

Vendor space costs $150 per year for full-time vendors, and $100 for part-time vendors (maximum number of markets 11). Vendors are required to hold at least $1 million in liability insurance. Vendors who want to participate less than four (4) times per year can pay a daily fee of $30 per market day (first come first serve basis).
