The West Chester Market is held on most Saturdays year round.

From May through Octobert, the market is held on Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the parking lot of the MidPointe Library West Chester Branch, located at 9363 Centre Pointe Dr. The market is held outdoors during this season rain or shine!

From November though March, the market is held on Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., indoors at the VOA Lodge, located inside VOA MetroPark at 7850 Voa Park Dr, West Chester, OH.

Each year, we host a special Holiday Market between Thanksgiving and Christmas at the Muhlhauser Barn.

West Chester Farmers Market is a producer and grower market. To be eligible, vendors must produce what they sell. Reselling of purchased products is prohibited.

Vendor space costs $150 per year for full-time vendors, and $100 for part-time vendors (maximum number of markets 11). Vendors are required to hold at least $1 million in liability insurance. Vendors who want to participate less than four (4) times per year can pay a daily fee of $30 per market day (first come first serve basis).
